The rules and disclaimers that apply when you use clinicallyclear.info.
By accessing or using clinicallyclear.info ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Content on this Site and on Clinically Clear's social channels is for general educational purposes. It is not personal medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. A clinician–patient relationship begins only when you have a scheduled telehealth visit with the practice — not by reading this Site or interacting with content on social media.
Clinically Clear telehealth services are limited to patients physically located in Florida at the time of the appointment, in line with state licensing requirements. By booking a visit, you confirm you'll be in Florida when the visit occurs. Visits cannot be conducted from outside Florida regardless of state of residence.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Telehealth is not appropriate for emergency care, and this Site is not monitored for emergency communications.
By joining the waitlist or otherwise providing contact information, you consent to receive launch updates and (with checkbox consent) ongoing communications from Clinically Clear by email and/or SMS. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Clinically Clear receives a small practitioner referral commission on Pure Encapsulations supplement orders placed through the practice's Patient Direct code. Recommendations are made for clinical fit, not commission.
The Site's content — text, design, logo, graphics — is owned by Clinically Clear or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute it without permission.
The Site links to third-party services (social platforms, the Pure Encapsulations Patient Direct portal, professional directories). We're not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those external sites — review their own terms when you visit.
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clinically Clear and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be sent through Instagram, Facebook, or (at launch) at the contact methods provided in the patient portal.
